Then hot and cold stones are placed on key acupressure spots to help release any blocked energy and balance your chi as she deeply massages your aching muscles with heated Jade stones.

When Jade stones are heated they emit negative ions which help to rejuvenate and re-energize your body while the far infrared rays emitted by the Jade stone bring your body back into balance.
