In this day and age, I am becoming extremely aware of the importance of excercise. I know that those vibrating slimming belts from the 50′s are not going to cut it. I need to make a lifestyle change, I need to set goals and stick to a plan. Excerise is key to maintain a healthy heart, strong bones, cholesterol levels….and the list goes ON and ON!! I work out for the health benefits of a long, healthy life, as well as trying to keep the numbers on the scale from climbing up, up, up. We’ve all heard “diets don’t work”…It’s taken me years to realize it, but I think “they” are right…Diets DON’T work. First, EXFOLIATE! Use a gentle, yet effective product such as our Jade & Ginseng Resurfacing Exfoliator. It has a nice light coverage that will leave your skin glowing. Read more…
